Job description
Lafayette Regional Health Center, part of HCA Midwest Health, is seeking a Medical Lab Scientist to support high-quality, patient-centered care for our community. In this role, you’ll perform and interpret routine and complex diagnostic tests across core lab disciplines, ensuring accurate, timely results that guide treatment decisions. Responsibilities include specimen collection and processing, analyzer operation and troubleshooting, quality control, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses and providers in a close-knit hospital, benefiting from HCA’s resources, tuition assistance, and professional development opportunities while directly impacting the health of Lafayette County residents.
