A healthcare organization in the Winchester area is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Technologist to join its laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely results.
In This Role You Will: Perform testing in a clinical laboratory setting
Review and verify laboratory results
Follow quality control and regulatory standards
Troubleshoot instrumentation when needed
Work closely with fellow laboratory professionals and healthcare staff
What We're Looking For: MLS, MT, or equivalent certification
Laboratory experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
Generalist experience is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Commitment to quality patient care
