Description – What You'll Do
Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established procedures.
Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Assist with sample collection as required and prepare specimens for testing.
Document procedures in detail, mentor new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining lab quality assurance standards.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications
Hold an ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), obtained within one year from the date of hire.
Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
Skills

Adept at exercising independent judgment and problem-solving in high-paced or high-pressure scenarios.
