Job description
Essentia Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician or Scientist to perform accurate, timely diagnostic testing that supports high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will collect and process specimens, perform hematology, chemistry, and microbiology testing, and validate results using established quality control procedures. You will collaborate with nurses, providers, and other lab professionals while maintaining CLIA and CAP compliance.
