Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to support high-quality diagnostic testing in a fast-paced oncology setting. This role is responsible for performing moderate to high-complexity laboratory testing to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of cancer patients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform clinical laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, and specimen processing
Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with CLIA, CAP, and safety standards
Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Accurately document results in the laboratory information system (LIS)
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
ASCP or equivalent laboratory certification (required or eligible)
Active or eligible Texas laboratory license
Prior clinical laboratory experience preferred (oncology experience a plus)
