Job description
Avera Health is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician/Scientist to perform routine and complex clinical laboratory testing that supports accurate diagnosis and treatment. In this role, you will process specimens, operate and maintain analytical instruments, and ensure quality control and regulatory compliance in areas such as chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology. You will validate and report test results in a timely manner, collaborate closely with nurses and providers, and maintain accurate documentation.
