Job description
Location-Onsite, Chicago, IL Duration-3 Months contract on W2 Shift- (Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm)
Maintain accurate logistics documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper filing, tracking, and accessibility Coordinate and execute customer shipments, including small parcel preparation and resolution of delivery or shipment discrepancies in partnership with Customer Service. Monitor and follow up on non-deliveries, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Communicate shipping schedule changes to the logistics department and planning department. Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
Proficient in MS Office Experience with shipping and receiving Clerical experience
Inventory Experience 1+ years of shipping and receiving, warehouse environment
