Medical Malpractice Defense Associate Attorney
Aligned Talent Acquisition is always looking to connect with attorneys experienced in medical malpractice defense and healthcare-related litigation.
I work primarily with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, but I also frequently partner with small and midsize firms, respected regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets.
Experience That May Be a Fit
Defending physicians, hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical professionals.
Handling medical negligence, professional liability, and complex injury claims.
Reviewing medical records and working with expert witnesses.
Conducting depositions of healthcare providers, plaintiffs, and experts.
Managing discovery, dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
