Job description
Beytin McLaughlin seeks an experienced associate attorney for its Tampa office to support shareholders and partners in the defense of medical malpractice and insurance-related litigation matters.
The candidate will prepare timely and substantive reports to insurance carriers and clients; review and analyze medical records; conduct legal research; draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents; and prepare deposition, expert, and medical record summaries.
