Medical Malpractice Defense Paralegal | Miami, FL
Trial Experience Required | Excellent Benefits | Long-Term Stability
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established Miami law firm seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Paralegal to join its busy litigation team.
This role supports complex medical malpractice defense matters from inception through trial and offers the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced attorneys and a team known for exceptional tenure.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of medical malpractice defense experience
Strong trial preparation and trial support experience
Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records
Medical chronologies, deposition summaries, and discovery management
Florida state court litigation and e-filing experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with NetDocuments, Logikcull, or other eDiscovery platforms is a plus
What You'll Get:
Salary - $80,000-$90,000

Primarily onsite to start, with flexibility available over time.
