Job description
Marvin is seeking a Manufacturing Production Associate to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights in a safe, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll operate basic production equipment, assemble components to specification, perform quality checks, and follow standard work instructions. You’ll maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety and PPE requirements. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll meet daily production goals, report issues, and support continuous improvement.
