Job description
Roselle Center for Healing is seeking a Nutrition Specialist to collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy and monitor outcomes for medically complex patients. You will assess nutritional status using diet recall/history, labs, anthropometrics, and implement interventional strategies to improve patient care.
Provide nutrition education to patients and families, manage delivery of nutrition care services on assigned units, and ensure adherence to policies.
