Responsibilities include:Greeting and checking in examinees in a professional and friendly mannerAnswering phones and directing calls appropriatelyPreparing charts and paperwork for appointmentsEscorting examinees to exam roomsHelping maintain a clean, organized lobby areaAssisting physicians and clinic staff as neededMonitoring workflows and ensuring appointments stay on scheduleSupporting the Clinic Director with administrative tasksParticipating in training and learning opportunitiesQualifications:Must hold a valid state Driver's License and be able to perform day travel as required with reliable transportation.Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent required.Proficiency in multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organized, detail-oriented and great time management skills.Ability to work independently and stay focused in a busy work environment.ExamWorks is a leading provider of innovative healthcare services including independent medical examinations, peer reviews, bill reviews, Medicare compliance, case management, record retrieval, document management, and related services.
