Responsibilities include:Greeting and checking in examinees in a professional and friendly mannerAnswering phones and directing calls appropriatelyPreparing charts and paperwork for appointmentsEscorting examinees to exam roomsHelping maintain a clean, organized lobby areaAssisting physicians and clinic staff as neededMonitoring workflows and ensuring appointments stay on scheduleSupporting the Clinic Director with administrative tasksParticipating in training and learning opportunitiesWhat we are looking for:Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent required.Proficiency in multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organized, detail-oriented and great time management skills.Ability to work independently and stay focused in a busy work environment.ExamWorks is a leading provider of innovative healthcare services including independent medical examinations, peer reviews, bill reviews, Medicare compliance, case management, record retrieval, document management, and related services.
