Job description
Medical Office Assistant ReceptionistOffice Assistant/Receptionist position for our Sanibel Location. Key responsibilities for front desk duties include greeting clients and patients, scheduling, document management, insurance verification, scanning, product sales/organizing, cleaning and other office duties. Seasonal position November to April/May. $15/hour 8:30-1:00 Monday through Friday. Bridge toll program reimbursement if applicable.Front Desk: Proficiency/experience with scheduling software and navigating general office software expected. Excellent customer service skills and friendly/helpful attitude. Ability to maintain clean and inviting office atmosphere. Excellent communication skills verbal and written expected. Experience in medical, therapy or spa office environment preferred.
