Medical Office AssistantWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical office. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional administrative support to our medical staff and ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate medical records, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Knowledge of codingExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsAssociate's degree in Medical Assisting or related field1+ years of experience in a medical office settingExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsResponsibilitiesGreet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous mannerAnswer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and efficient mannerSchedule appointments and maintain accurate medical recordsAssist medical staff with administrative tasks as neededMaintain a clean and organized office environmentThe required skills for this position include utilizing exceptional organizational and time management skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our medical office. Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate medical records and schedule appointments is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be essential in completing administrative tasks.Monday - Thursday: 8am to 5pm Friday: 8am - 2pm
