BayCare's top priority is the health and well-being of our communities as Tampa Bay's leading multi-specialty group with more than 600 providers practicing 45 specialties in over 175 outpatient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and west central Florida regions.Position Details:Location: St. Petersburg - Neuropsychology - St. Anthony'sStatus: Full Time (non-exempt)Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary)Days: Monday - FridayBayCare offers a competitive total reward package including:Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision)Paid time offTuition reimbursement401k match and additional yearly contributionYearly performance appraisals and team award bonusCommunity discounts and moreAND the Chance to be part of an amazing team and a great place to work!Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesThe Office Coordinator will coordinate up to 10 office practice site team members within BayCare Medical Group.This coordination includes but is not limited to scheduling, work assignments and general oversight of all front and back-office activities including patient appointments, conferences, meetings, seminars, insurance billing, assisting with daily deposit, and patient flow.Provide training, assisting with evaluation of front and back-office team members, and maintains a professional office atmosphere.Perform other duties as assigned.Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hours may vary.Qualifications:EducationRequired High School or EquivalentExperienceRequired Experience: 2 years in a health delivery settingPreferred Experience: in a Supervisory, Coordinator, Team Leader, or Management role.Specific Skills:Customer service skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal skillsWork with a teamCritical thinking skillsComputer skills appropriate to positionLeadership skillsWork in a fast-paced environmentEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
