Job description
Fountain City Family Physicians, a division of Summit Medical Group, seeks a Multi-Duty Receptionist to join their on-site Knoxville team. You will greet patients, answer calls, check-in and register, collect copays, and coordinate scheduling and referrals with courtesy and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, with excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills. A high school diploma is required, and prior medical office experience is preferred.
