The RN is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the organization.Job DescriptionJob Duties:Assist physician or provider with patient assessment, examinations and treatments.Documents patient care observations and activities according to professional standards and procedures.Administers routine injections under the direction and supervision of a provider.Promptly responds to patient phone calls and concerns.Triages patient phones calls, in accordance with office policy.Obtains specimens (i.e. throat, urine, wound, etc) using proper technique and following policy and protocol for labeling.Shift Details:Per DiemMinimum Requirements:Required License/Certification:Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing with current license to practice as an RN in the State of Ohio.LPN LicenseCertified or Registered MABenefit Summary:Join our team, and you’ll have access to a cutting-edge facility with state of the art technology.
