Job description
Planned Parenthood Great Plains in Missouri is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to greet patients, verify insurance, and support financial responsibilities of care. The role uses EPIC to document visits and prepare deposits, ensuring accurate billing and a smooth patient experience.
You will work two days per week and collaborate with the Centralized Operations team on records, good-faith estimates, ITOPS forms, and related duties, while maintaining patient privacy and professional standards.
