Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with collaborative input, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum.
Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher qualification.
Additional Details:
