We're currently looking for someone who has a passion to provide outstanding administrative, claim and customer support. You may be an excellent fit for this exciting role!Location: This role is fully in office for first year and then to a hybrid scheduleHow you'll make an impact:Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and make connections.Accurately set reserves, make payments and document file activity by working with clients, claimants, vendors, field personnel and other internal or external resources.Provide fair, equitable and timely claim disposition, consistent with our standards.Use analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling claims.About you:Required qualifications:High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 years related experience requiredAppropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handledKnowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, applicable state laws and accepted industry standards and practicesComputer experience with related claims and business softwareAt Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
