nJoin Our Team as a Medical Practitioner at Serotonin Centers

nAre you a motivated, compassionate, and wellness-minded Medical Practitioner who thrives in a client-focused environment?

nSerotonin Centers is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician who is passionate about helping clients improve their health, confidence, longevity, and overall quality of life.

nOur ideal practitioner combines strong clinical judgment with an engaging, relationship-oriented approach to care. You should be comfortable educating clients, recommending appropriate treatments and wellness programs, building long-term client relationships, and helping individuals confidently move forward with treatment plans that support their goals.

nThis role requires hands-on involvement in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, including hormone pellet insertion, along with weight management, functional wellness, IV therapy, aesthetics, and other services offered by the Center.

nAbout Serotonin Centers

nSerotonin Centers provides comprehensive, personalized services focused on health optimization, longevity, hormone balance, weight management, aesthetics, mindfulness, and overall wellness.

nOur services include Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), hormone pellet therapy, medical weight management, IV and IM therapy, functional wellness, body contouring, aesthetics, nutraceuticals, and other evidence-based approaches designed to help clients look, feel, and perform at their best.

nWe believe exceptional care goes beyond treating symptoms. Our practitioners help clients understand their options, establish meaningful wellness goals, and develop individualized plans that encourage long-term engagement and healthier lifestyles.

nKey Responsibilities

nConduct comprehensive client consultations, medical evaluations, diagnoses, and follow-up appointments.

nDevelop and confidently present individualized treatment and wellness plans based on each client's goals, laboratory results, medical history, and clinical needs.

nEducate clients on available therapies and clearly communicate the benefits, expectations, costs, and appropriate next steps associated with recommended services.

nProvide exceptional client experiences that encourage trust, treatment-plan adherence, long-term engagement, and continuity of care.

nDiagnose and manage hormonal imbalances in both men and women.

nPrescribe and manage Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy when clinically appropriate.

nPerform BHRT hormone pellet insertion procedures as a core responsibility of the position.

nOrder and interpret laboratory testing and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings.

nProvide medical weight-management services, including appropriate prescribing and management of GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications.

nEducate clients regarding medication expectations, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, potential side effects, and sustainable wellness habits.

nCollaborate closely with Health Coaches to support comprehensive weight-management and lifestyle programs.

nMaintain a wellness-minded approach that incorporates nutrition, movement, stress management, mindfulness, sleep, and other lifestyle factors when appropriate.

nPerform EMSculpt NEO and other body-contouring treatments.

nAdminister Botox and dermal fillers while maintaining natural-looking, client-centered results.

nProvide IV and IM therapies and perform blood draws.

nEducate clients about Center Membership options and recommend memberships when they appropriately support the client's ongoing health and wellness goals.

nRecommend professional skincare products, nutraceuticals, supplements, and complementary wellness services when appropriate.

nHelp clients understand the value of comprehensive and ongoing wellness programs rather than approaching care as isolated treatments.

nBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients through consistent follow-up, education, accountability, and exceptional service.

nCollaborate with the Front Desk, Health Coaches, and other team members to coordinate appointments, membership needs, treatment schedules, and client follow-up.

nMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation within the EMR.

nStay informed regarding emerging developments in hormone optimization, longevity medicine, weight management, aesthetics, and wellness.

nQualifications

nLicensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician in good standing.

nMinimum of 2 years of experience in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) strongly preferred.

nExperience with Women's Health, Men's Health, hormone optimization, anti-aging/longevity medicine, functional wellness, or aesthetics.

nAbility and willingness to perform hormone pellet insertion procedures is essential to this position.

nPrevious hormone pellet insertion experience is strongly preferred.

nComfortable discussing comprehensive treatment options and making appropriate recommendations based on each client's individual goals and clinical needs.

nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust, educate clients, address concerns, and communicate the value of recommended treatments.

nNaturally motivated to create an exceptional client experience and help clients remain engaged in their long-term wellness journey.

nProfessional, polished, approachable, and confident when communicating with clients.

nStrong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

nProficiency with EMR systems and medical documentation.

nAutonomous practice designation where applicable, or eligibility to obtain appropriate designation following hire.

nAbility to learn quickly and a genuine interest in continually expanding knowledge of hormone optimization, longevity, wellness, weight management, and aesthetics.

nThe Ideal Candidate

nThe ideal practitioner for Serotonin Centers is not simply someone who performs medical procedures.

nWe are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, discovering what they want to improve, educating them about their options, and helping them take action toward their health and wellness goals.

nYou should be comfortable speaking enthusiastically and confidently about the services you believe will benefit a client. You understand that exceptional healthcare includes both clinical expertise and the ability to communicate the value of a treatment plan in a way that motivates clients to follow through.

nYou are also someone who believes in the broader principles of wellness: physical health, mental well-being, mindfulness, confidence, healthy aging, nutrition, movement, and sustainable lifestyle improvement.

nWhy Join Serotonin Centers?

nJoin a growing health, wellness, longevity, and aesthetics brand focused on personalized client care.

nWork in a modern, state-of-the-art wellness environment.

nBuild meaningful long-term relationships with clients rather than providing purely transactional medical care.

nWork with innovative services including BHRT pellet therapy, medical weight management, GLP-1 therapies, IV therapy, body contouring, and aesthetics.

nCollaborate with Health Coaches and other professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to wellness.

nContinue expanding your expertise in hormone optimization, longevity, weight management, aesthetics, and preventive wellness.

nBe part of a culture that values client engagement, accountability, personal growth, mindfulness, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

nPlay an important role in helping the Center grow while helping clients achieve measurable improvements in how they look, feel, and live.

nIf you are an energetic, personable, wellness-minded medical professional who enjoys combining exceptional clinical care with client education, relationship building, and comprehensive treatment planning, we would love to hear from you.

nApply today and help Serotonin Centers empower clients to take control of their health, confidence, longevity, and overall well-being.
