We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Patient Access Representative to join our dental care team. This vital role ensures smooth patient flow and a positive experience for all visitors by managing appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification. Full-time, Monday–Friday
Clinics close at 2 PM every Friday
Employer retirement contributions
High school graduate or equivalent
Professional office and/or customer service experience
Basic office skills such as typing and filing
Ability to travel between MHK and JC clinics, as needed.
Bi-lingual
Dental treatment scheduling experience
EHR software experience
Experience professionally discussing financial status and arrangements with patients
Dental insurance processing and pre-authorization experience
