We also offer paid time off.Requirements:Provide VSC's Standards of Exceptional Client ServiceGreet clients with a warm smile, strong eye contact, and approachable demeanor.Guide clients through the check-in process, ensuring accurate verification and updates of patient information while maintaining a calm and supportive atmosphere during both routine and emergency situations.Answer phone calls on a multi-line phone system in a friendly and professional manner and direct calls appropriatelyManage client and patient accountsSchedule and confirm appointmentsSelf-motivated, and independent, but works well with a teamStrong multitasking skillsDemonstrate a positive outlook and maintain a professional composureAbility to work long periods at a computerCandidates need to speak and write fluently in EnglishMust be able to type a minimum of 50 wpmWilling to take on and perform additional duties as assigned or neededJob Type: Full-time is four 10-hour shifts per week, including weekends and some holidays.Starting at $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experienceHealthcare setting: Veterinary Hospital
