Medical Receptionist - HAMDENDermatology Physicians of Connecticut is seeking a poised, professional Medical Receptionist to join our Hamden office. This is a key front-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering a refined, seamless patient experience in a fast-paced clinical setting.As the first point of contact, you set the tone for each patient visit, delivering a balance of warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail while supporting the flow of the practice.We are a privately owned dermatology group with nine locations, known for providing high-quality, patient-focused care. Our team is committed to maintaining a welcoming, well-run environment where both patients and staff feel supported. As we continue to grow, we value individuals who bring professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic to our team.Key Responsibilities:Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesyAccurately collect and verify insurance and demographic informationManage incoming calls with efficiency and discretionCoordinate and maintain provider schedulesTriage patient needs and communicate effectively with clinical staffProcess payments with accuracy and attention to detailSchedule: Monday through Friday.
