Front Office Patient CoordinatorJoin Kansas City's leading eye care team! We are currently hiring a Front Office Patient Coordinator to join our dedicated team of professionals who share one focus: providing outstanding care to every patient.As the first point of contact for our patients, you play a vital role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in/out patients in a professional, courteous mannerAccurately collect patient demographic, insurance, and billing informationVerify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and file insurance claimsSchedule patient appointments and manage medical recordsCollect co-pays, deductibles, and balances; deliver contact lenses when applicablePerform accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulationsAssist with opening and closing the clinic, ensuring readiness for daily operationsCollaborate with physicians, management, and staff to support efficient clinic flowHours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
