Growing together.Support the care team and its patients by greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering telephone inquiries, collecting payments and maintaining demographic information. Routinely use the electronic health record (EHR) according to ProHealth policies and standard workflows.Schedule: FT, 40 hours. Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm. Rotating Saturdays once per month (which would be 8am - 12pm)Location: 12A Ledgebrook Dr. Mansfield Center, CT 06250Dept: PediatricsPrimary Responsibilities:Conduct check-in and check-out processAnswer incoming calls and use EHR to document details of patient inquiriesConduct outreach to patients requiring appointments or service follow-upSchedule appointments using standard scheduling protocolsManage administrative in-basket pools and work queuesScan documents into the EHR per standard protocolsBalance payments and prepare depositsProtect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial informationProvide coverage at other ProHealth locations on an ad hoc basisPerform other duties as assignedWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
