Medical Receptionist/Physical Therapy TechnicianWe are looking for a motivated, friendly team member to join our fun and energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic. This hybrid position combines front desk duties with hands-on rehab aide support to keep our clinic running smoothly.Responsibilities:Greet patients and deliver excellent customer serviceAnswer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flowVerify insurance, update charts, and maintain electronic medical recordsCollect and post patient payments; handle general administrative tasksAssist physical therapists with patient care and exercisesApply hot/cold packs and prepare treatment areasClean, organize, and maintain therapy equipment and clinic spacesQualifications:High school graduate or equivalent1+ years of previous medical front office experience preferredExcellent telephone skills and proficiency in Word and ExcelExperience with medical software preferredFlexibility with work hours and availabilityAttention to detail with great time management and organizational skillsTeam player attitude with an energetic focus on excellent customer serviceAdditional Information:Full-time Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO, Holidays, etc401kMultiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadershipEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Family-friendly work environmentInvestment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
