Front Desk ReceptionistBay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Part-time - 20 hours per week. In this role, you will be part of a team which handles scheduling and day-to-day workflow. You will oversee the check-in/out process, ensuring it's fast, friendly, and accurate, and you will act as the go-to for insurance verifications, authorizations, and co-pay collections as needed. Our clinic has a welcoming, close-knit feel, creating an environment where both patients and clinicians feel comfortable. Our team brings a collaborative approach to care – together, we are fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. We also stay actively involved in the community, regularly participating in local events like 5K and 10Ks.
