Job description
Elcor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Medical Records Director to lead the records team, ensure accurate documentation, and support clinical and financial processes. Primary duties include maintaining PCC data, regulatory compliance, and secure records management.
You will oversee PPS/Medicare certifications, audits, and liaison with payers while coordinating credentialing for MDs/NPs/PAs and supervising security and access reviews.
