Job description

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Medical Records Director (Non-Nurse) to oversee patient records, coding, auditing, and staff education in line with laws and Life Care standards. The role also serves as Privacy Officer for the facility, reporting to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities include ensuring confidentiality, managing HIM systems, and guiding staff in documentation practices and compliance across the facility.
