Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high‑quality, patient-centered nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will assist with assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, document care, and support interdisciplinary rehab plans. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you will educate patients and families, promote safety and infection control, and help patients progress toward recovery goals.
