Medical Records SpecialistThe Medical Records Specialist will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and organizing medical records to support billing and operational processes. This role involves ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, able to identify missing or incomplete documentation, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Strong organizational and follow up skills are essential to ensure records are accurate and accessible.Key Responsibilities:Review and manage medical records for accuracy and completenessIdentify missing or incomplete documentation and follow up as neededOrganize and maintain records within internal systemsSupport billing and administrative processes through proper documentationCommunicate with providers or internal teams regarding record needsEnsure compliance with documentation standards and requirementsQualifications:2+ years of experience working with medical records requiredExperience in medical billing or healthcare environment preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple records and requests simultaneouslyFamiliarity with medical terminology and documentationProficiency with computer systems and record management toolsLocation: Monsey, NYType: Full timeSalary: $60,000–$80,000/year
