Job description
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of professional and technical positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and identify and engage high-quality candidates.
The ideal candidate is a strong sourcer who enjoys finding hard-to-reach and niche talent, builds trusted relationships with hiring managers, and can independently manage the recruiting process from initial intake through offer.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and mid-level positions, from intake through offer.
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
Identify talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions.
Coordinate and support structured interviews throughout the selection process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive recruiting experience.
Track recruiting activity and metrics, including time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.
Develop effective job postings and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Support inclusive recruiting practices and efforts to attract a broad and highly qualified candidate pool.
Bachelor’s degree.
~2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools.
~ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
~ Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
Combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, professional, or other specialized positions.
Strong background in proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development.
