Job description

Medical Retina Ophthalmologist

Colorado Springs, Colorado

We are seeking a team-oriented Medical Retina Ophthalmologist to join our established, physician-owned private practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

We are proudly independent and non-private equity, allowing our physicians to maintain clinical autonomy and a strong focus on excellent patient care while benefiting from the resources and business discipline of a successful, growing practice.

Why Our Practice

Established, physician-owned private practice

Independent, non-private equity environment

Collegial, team-oriented physician culture

Strong emphasis on clinical excellence and patient relationships

Established patient base and referral network

Opportunity to develop and grow a medical retina practice

Competitive compensation

Choice of career path — employed physician or partnership track

Practice ownership opportunity for those interested

Opportunity to participate in the long-term growth and direction of the practice

We believe great practices balance exceptional patient care, a positive physician and staff culture, and sound business principles. We are looking for a physician who shares those values and enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues.

Why Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs offers an exceptional combination of professional opportunity and quality of life, with a growing community, mountain views, abundant outdoor recreation, and convenient access to Denver and the Rocky Mountains.

We recognize that physicians have different career goals. Partnership is an opportunity, not a requirement. A physician can build a rewarding long-term career as an employed physician or pursue a path toward practice ownership.

This is an opportunity to practice high-quality medical retina in an independent, physician-led environment while building the career and lifestyle that best fit your goals.

Board-certified and board-eligible ophthalmologists with fellowship training in medical retina are encouraged to apply.
