We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Rossville ,GA. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
Assist in warehouse operations for shipping and receiving when needed
High School Diploma or equivalent
~2+ years of retail or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
Inventory management skills
Willingness to become forklift certified (training provided)
