North Star Medical is a growing integrated clinic offering chiropractic care, functional medicine, and physical rehabilitation. We're hiring a Patient Sales Consultant / Case Manager to own our new patient pipeline — from first contact to signed care plan.

This role offers a base salary of $55,000–$65,000 with uncapped bonuses; top performers earn $75k–$100k+. Location is White Bear Lake, MN, in-person with a 4‑day work week (Mon–Thu).
