Job description

UofL Health is seeking a Medical Scheduler in the outpatient setting in Louisville. You will schedule follow-up visits and tests, obtain pre-certifications, and coordinate procedures while communicating clearly with patients and staff.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of scheduling in a multi-specialty clinic, strong HIPAA knowledge, and excellent patient communication skills. This role requires a professional and compassionate approach to patient care.
