Medical SchedulerLocation: Princeton, NJIndustry: Healthcare – Patient Scheduling / Call CenterPay: $20 – $22 / hourBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).About Our Client:Our client is a leading healthcare provider that operates a centralized scheduling hub for all their practice locations.Job Description:The Centralized Medical Scheduler will manage high-volume patient scheduling, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. This role involves working directly with patients who may be anxious or stressed, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls to schedule patient appointments.Utilize the scheduling system to accurately input and update information.Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding scheduling needs.Qualifications:Prior medical scheduling or insurance knowledge (preferred).Call center experience in medical scheduling (ideal).Strong phone-based customer service skills.Additional Details:Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:00pmPerks:4-week comprehensive training program.Supportive team with senior members actively involved in training.Clear career growth opportunities — Manager's goal is to help staff build long-term healthcare careers.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
