Job description
UofL Health is seeking a Medical Scheduler in Louisville, KY to schedule patient follow-ups and tests, coordinate appointments, and relay clear instructions. This role works with physicians and staff in a multi-specialty clinic, ensuring pre-certifications and HIPAA compliance.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of scheduling experience; experience with Allscripts or Centricity is a plus, and strong customer service skills are essential.
