Job description
Vituity seeks a detail-oriented Scribe to support clinicians in fast-paced care settings. In this role, you will document patient encounters in real time, including histories, exams, procedures, and treatment plans within the electronic health record. You will help manage orders, results, and follow-up documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness while maintaining strict patient confidentiality. Working closely with physicians and clinical teams, you’ll contribute to efficient workflows and high-quality care, gaining valuable exposure to emergency and acute care environments in a supportive, collaborative culture.
