Job description
Mosaic Life Care in Saint Joseph, MO seeks a Medical Scribe to accompany the Provider into examination rooms and transcribe complex patient history, exams, labs, and imaging directly into the medical record. You will support chart accuracy and ensure timely documentation to enhance patient care.
The role requires scribe experience, strong medical terminology knowledge, and adherence to HIPAA and Joint Commission standards. Travel between system facilities may be required as part of the duties.
