You have service advisor, hospitality, or strong guest-facing experience and youre ready to bring that standard to a Seattle Porsche store where the ownership community is passionate about the brand and rewards the advisor who matches that passion with genuine expertise

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up through vehicle return
• Translate technical repair findings on Porsches sophisticated platform into clear, confident guest communication that earns authorization through honest recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
• Deliver a consistent, professional Porsche-standard guest experience that keeps owners returning to this store
• 1+ year of service advisor, hospitality, or guest-facing sales experience preferred -- candidates from luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or comparable backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Porsche or European luxury brand service experience a strong plus -- familiarity with the platform and the ownership community accelerates effectiveness from day one
• Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them
