Position: Medical and Health Services Managers
Type:Contract
Compensation:$70–$110/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:4–6 weeks
Commitment:20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, and compliance reviews for quality and accuracy.
Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility.
Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, and records management. Provide expert feedback.
Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
4+ years of experience in healthcare management roles such as Medical and Health Services Manager or Clinical Director.
Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services in hospitals, clinics, or similar settings.
Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal
Task-based payment upon first task approval. Subsequent tasks paid hourly.
