Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead respiratory care services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will supervise respiratory therapists, coordinate patient care plans, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based respiratory treatments for patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, mentoring, performance feedback, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
