Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead respiratory care services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will supervise respiratory therapists, coordinate patient care plans, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based respiratory treatments for patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, mentoring, performance feedback, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. You will support quality improvement initiatives, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, compassion, and professional growth.
