This is a remote position.
Preparing and entering data for medical billing processes
Retrieving medical records for insurance claims and adjustments
Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks as needed
Managing inbound and outbound calls (fewer than 20 daily)
Requirements
Familiarity with ICD-10 codes or a relevant medical background (educational or professional)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
Excellent communication skills
Adaptability to new systems and software
Commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information
Comfort with both inbound and outbound calls
Technical Requirements:
Computer with at least an Intel i5 or Ryzen 3 processor and 8GB RAM
Dual monitors
Functional camera for video meetings
Noise-canceling headphones with a microphone
