Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.

Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients condition (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.

Delegates tasks based on the needs of the patient, potential for harm, patient stability, task complexity, and outcome predictability within the scope of skill set and practice.

Uses knowledge of cultural differences to provide patient care that is sensitive to and consistent with cultural values, beliefs, and customs.

Applies negotiation and conflict management strategies.

Identifies opportunities for process improvement on nursing unit and actively participates in the implementation.

Job Requirements

Required

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Registered Nurse: AZ

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months of hire

Preferred

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
