Job description
Texas Health is seeking new graduate RNs to join the Graduate Nurse Residency Program in Plano, TX. The 15‑month program combines guided clinical experiences with instructor‑led curriculum, mentoring, and 360‑degree evaluations to prepare new nurses for hospital life.
Based at Texas Health Plano, residents will rotate through Med/Surg units on a full-time schedule with weekend and holiday requirements, and will start February 2027.
